Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment may be eligible for a deposit transfer or refund, depending on the booking terms.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment.

Need to change your appointment? No problem!

• You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

The $25 travel fee is due by 8 p.m. the day before your appointment. If you reschedule with proper notice, the travel fee may be transferred to your new appointment.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
